PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT STOCK ALL SIZES IN STORE AT ALL TIMES. SOME PRODUCTS MAY BE A SPECIAL ORDER. YOUR ONLINE ORDER MAY TAKE BETWEEN 2-12 WEEKS TO ARRIVE DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.

SHIPPING:
International shipping available! We ship all of our products insured and safely packaged. Please inquire (tackshoppecollingwood@gmail.com) regarding shipping timelines outside of Canada and the USA. If you require express post, or next day shipping please contact us directly and we can arrange this.
RETURNS:
If you need to return an item please email tackshoppecollingwood@gmail.com to inform us of the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted provided we are notified of the return, the item is unused, has original tags on and packaging. Full refunds can be issued within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt/confirmation email. After 30 days we can no longer offer an exchange/refund/return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer returns on books, helmets, personalized items, or special order items (custom). If you mail your item to us without contacting us first and it is past the 30 day return policy, we will not be issuing you a refund.
Exchanges will be accepted provided the item is unused, and has original tags and packaging. We do not cover the return shipping of the item.
If you are returning the item due to a defect or because you received the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs.
